With CallPlease, all your calls are organized in a clean and clear format. When you add a message it is immediately color-coded based on the action. Viewing of messages can be filtered by color. Special icons show you urgent calls, multiple repeat calls and added notes. In addition, color-coded arrows let you know if a message needs attention by the boss, the assistant or a third party. This makes it easier for a boss to scroll to the next message that requires their attention.

One of the most useful functions of CallPlease is Notify. Instead of having to constantly open the App to see if new messages have come through, the assistant can send a notification to the boss’ iPhone (just like a text message). Once the boss taps the notification, the message will open directly to the call detail page - just click on the phone number and return the call, or designate whichever action is appropriate.
